Acquired ulnar clubhand resulting from neonatal osteomyelitis

Abstract

Ulnar clubhand is a rare deformity. In a patient with postnatal osteomyelitis of the ulna, the wrist had an ulnar deviation with marked ulnar slope of the radius. Good hand function precluded surgical correction.
