Autolymphocyte therapy in the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma

Abstract

Autolymphocyte therapy is outpatient adoptive immunotherapy based on the infusion of ex vivo activated memory T cells. Autolymphocyte therapy has been used to treat more than 500 patients with renal cell carcinoma and the mechanism of action as well as the clinical outcome of data are reviewed.
