Traditional methods of reviewing required material on Infection Control and Risk Management are boring, time-consuming, and costly. Traditionally, several annual presentations each year review already known material. In this article, the author describes an innovative approach--a game show format--that involves the active participation of every staff member. Each employee is required to attend only once a year, resulting in significant savings to the hospital.
