Supranuclear oculomotor palsy and exotropia after tetanus

Abstract

An 11-year-old boy developed generalized tetanus complicated by a supranuclear gaze palsy and exotropia. This case led us to include supranuclear palsy in an expanded definition of cephalic-tetanus.
