Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome

Abstract

A case of Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome involving marked enlargement of the upper lip, plicated tongue, and recurrent migraine headaches has been described. After growth of the lip had ceased, lip size was reduced by surgical intervention involving broad and deep wedge-shaped excision on the oral side.
