Effect of exercise on glycogen level in the skin of the rat

Acta Physiol Pol. 1980 Sep-Oct;31(5):571-3.

Abstract

Muscular exercise was shown to reduce glycogen level in the skin of the rat. This process was fully prevented by blockade of beta adrenergic receptors with propranolol.
