68 Ga-DOTATATE and 68 Ga-FAPI Imaging in Neuroendocrine Neoplasms of Different Grades

Clin Nucl Med. 2024 Jun 1;49(6):564-566. doi: 10.1097/RLU.0000000000005203. Epub 2024 Apr 1.

Abstract

We report findings from 68 Ga-DOTATATE and 68 Ga-FAPI PET/CT in a 43-year-old woman with neuroendocrine neoplasms. DOTATATE and FAPI uptake differed in different lesions. These results suggest a potential value for dual-tracer imaging in the evaluation of neuroendocrine neoplasms that have different grades.
