The changes in the frequency parameters of the basic electrical gastric rhythm were studied with the application of cutaneous electrodes in men. The study has demonstrated that the frequency parameters of the basic electrical gastric rhythm are dependent on the organ's functional state. The frequency parameters can be used for the identification of the gastric functional state both in healthy and sick subjects.
