Abstract

射血分数保留型心力衰竭（HFpEF）的发病率不断上升，约占所有心力衰竭病例的50%。在过去10年间，HFpEF的病理生理学、诊断方法以及预后预测等方面的进展促生了新的、有效的管理策略。2023年美国心脏病学会（ACC）发布了HFpEF的专家共识决策路径以指导HFpEF的管理，该文将从影像学角度重点对共识中HFpEF的诊治进行解读。.
