The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a government-funded healthcare model designed for individuals aged 55 or older who require nursing home-level care due to chronic illnesses. Originating in San Francisco in 1971, PACE has evolved into a cornerstone of community-based integrated care for older adults in the United States.
