Abstract

重度牙周炎患者牙周支持组织破坏严重，往往在治疗后出现牙龈退缩现象。目前针对前牙美学区“黑三角”问题，常规治疗难以取得良好疗效。本文报道1例重度牙周炎合并美学区软硬组织缺陷的病例，通过个性化牙周手术联合正畸治疗，获得了稳定的牙槽骨再生及良好的根面覆盖。.
