Abstract

Il trattamento delle recidive chirurgiche dei disturbi respiratori del sonno.

Riassunto: Questa review narrativa presenta una visione generale della gestione delle recidive successive al trattamento dei disturbi respiratori del sonno. Questo scenario clinico rappresenta una vera sfida ma fortunatamente diverse opzioni terapeutiche sono a disposizione del roncochirurgo. Ogni modalità terapeutica viene descritta nel dettaglio in ogni sezione dedicata.

This narrative review provides a general overview of the management of relapses after surgery for the treatment of sleep disordered breathing. This clinical scenario represents a challenging field, but fortunately several therapeutic options are included in sleep surgeons’ armamentarium.
