Abstract

急性心肌梗死是威胁患者生命的临床急症，直接冠状动脉介入治疗开通梗死相关动脉及抗栓治疗可以改善预后。咯血患者若不及时接受止血处理，易发生窒息等并发症。本文报道1例咯血伴急性心肌梗死患者，存在抗栓与出血的治疗矛盾，在急性期接受了冠状动脉球囊扩张术，应用吲哚布芬抗血小板治疗，待咯血停止情况稳定后择期行冠状动脉支架术成功。.
