Pedunculated intraluminal oesophageal hamartoma

J Laryngol Otol. 1987 Aug;101(8):851-4. doi: 10.1017/s0022215100102853.

Abstract

A case of pedunculated intraluminal oesophageal hamartoma in a 10-year-old male child, who presented with respiratory stridor, is reported. The clinical features of this clinical entity are so similar to other benign oesophageal neoplasms that a definite diagnosis can be made only after surgical excision and histopathology.
