Abstract

腹主动脉瘤是相关动脉的永久性局灶性扩张，可引起严重的并发症。炎症性反应在腹主动脉瘤的发生发展中起着至关重要的作用。该文主要总结了固有免疫细胞在腹主动脉瘤中的来源和功能，概括了其在腹主动脉瘤的发生、发展过程中的关键作用，回顾了腹主动脉瘤的炎症机制及潜在治疗策略，为基于炎症调节的腹主动脉瘤临床治疗提供参考。.
