Ruptured thoracic aortic aneurysm carries significant morbidity and mortality requiring emergent repair for lifesaving. Open repair has been the standard option of treatment;however, TEVAR has evolved as a first-line treatment option for cases in whom specific anatomical conditions are deemed to be suitable for this intravascular repair. As for ruptured aortic aneurysm, it is particularly important to evaluate the appropriate range of treatment with a device by preoperative computed tomography( CT) scan.
