Abstract

终末期心力衰竭是导致心血管病患者死亡的主要原因之一，也是临床治疗的难点。目前心脏移植仍是终末期心力衰竭治疗的最终方法。有关心脏移植术后的康复国内少见报道，移植术前的预康复未见报道。该文报道一例以运动为基础的终末期心力衰竭患者心脏移植术前和术后的全程康复治疗，以期为此类患者的康复治疗提供参考。.
