An urgent aspect of scientific research in atopic dermatitis is the development of new complex methods of pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy and alternative treatment options that can effectively relieve exacerbations of the disease and prolong remission between them. As a therapeutic physical factor, magnetotherapy has long been successfully used in medical practice. Promising medical technologies include transcranial application of a traveling variable magnetic field, local low-frequency magnetotherapy, and magnetophoresis. The main tasks of rehabilitation and treatment are aimed at normalizing the state of all organs, the central and autonomic nervous system of the patient, reducing hypersensitivity and itching of atopic skin, as well as normalizing sleep and relieving psycho-emotional stress.
Актуальным аспектом научных исследований при атопическом дерматите является разработка новых комплексных методов патогенетической и симптоматической терапии, а также альтернативных вариантов лечения, позволяющих эффективно снимать обострения заболевания и удлинять ремиссию между ними. Как лечебный физический фактор магнитотерапия давно и успешно используется в лечебной практике. К числу перспективных медицинских технологий относятся транскраниальное применение бегущего переменного магнитного поля, локальная низкочастотная магнитотерапия и магнитофорез. Основные задачи реабилитации и лечения направлены на нормализацию состояния всех органов, центральной и вегетативной нервной системы пациента, снижение гиперчувствительности и зуда атопичной кожи, а также нормализацию сна и снятие психоэмоционального напряжения.
