Abstract

患者女，36岁。乳腺癌术后6年，肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤术后5年，发现盆腔占位。行全子宫双附件及盆腔病灶等切除术，病理证实为子宫体高分化内膜样癌伴双侧卵巢小细胞神经内分泌癌，并子宫肌壁间、浆膜外、大网膜、乙状结肠系膜和右下腹膜转移。免疫组织化学显示：子宫内膜样癌突触素阴性；卵巢小细胞癌上皮标志物、突触素、嗜铬粒素A均阳性，INI1、BRG1无缺失，p53突变型模式，乳腺癌标志物均阴性，微卫星稳定，BRCA1/2无突变。外周血基因检测发现患者TP53基因胚系突变。.
