Cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) is one of the rare causes of stroke. It can manifest itself in different symptoms, making its timely diagnostics greatly complicated. Early recognition of symptoms and correct treatment tactics improve the prognosis in these patients. The article is a review of modern data about pathogenesis, clinical picture, principles of diagnosis and treatment of cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis.
Тромбоз церебральных вен и синусов является одной из редких причин инсульта. Он может проявляться разными симптомами, что значительно затрудняет его своевременную диагностику. Раннее распознавание симптомов и правильная тактика лечения улучшают прогноз пациентов. Статья является обзором современных данных о патогенезе, клинической картине, принципах диагностики и лечения тромбоза церебральных вен и синусов.
