Abstract

鼻腔鼻窦伴腺样囊性特征的人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）相关癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，临床和影像上诊断困难，主要依靠术后病理明确诊断。患者为女性，85岁，因鼻腔反复出血加重1 d入院，鼻内窥镜显示“左侧下鼻甲前段呈血管瘤样外观，右侧未见异常”；CT检查考虑良性病变可能性大。光镜下，组织形态与腺样囊性癌相似，免疫组织化学染色显示p16强阳性，HPV16/18 mRNA荧光原位杂交检测结果为阳性，MYB/NFIB融合基因阴性。.
