Hepatic Lesion of Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma Revealed by Al18F-NOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT

Clin Nucl Med. 2022 Jan 1;47(1):e49-e51. doi: 10.1097/RLU.0000000000003863.

Abstract

A middle-aged man was newly diagnosed with mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma with secondary liver involvement. The hepatic lesion was not shown on FDG PET/CT but FAPI (fibroblast-activated protein inhibitor) PET/CT, which revealed abnormal FAPI accumulation. This case demonstrated that FAPI PET/CT might provide value in hepatic mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.
