Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs) are highly heterogeneous, and the management of pNENs patients can be intractable. To address this challenge, an expert committee was established on behalf of the Group of Pancreatic Surgery, Chinese Society of Surgery, Chinese Medical Association, which consisted of surgical oncologists, gastroenterologists, medical oncologists, endocrinologists, radiologists, pathologists, and nuclear medicine specialists. By reviewing the important issues regarding the diagnosis and treatment of pNENs, the committee concluded evidence-based statements and recommendations in this article, in order to further improve the management of pNENs patients in China.
胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤具有高度的异质性，患者的临床管理存在一定难度。为了应对这一挑战，中华医学会外科学分会胰腺外科学组牵头成立了由肿瘤外科、消化内科、肿瘤内科、内分泌科、影像科、病理科、核医学科等多领域学者组成的专家委员会。该委员会回顾了与胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤诊断和治疗相关的重要问题，并基于循证医学证据提出了相应的诊疗建议，以期进一步改进中国胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤患者的诊疗流程。.
