Abstract

先天性中胚层肾瘤（CMN）是新生儿最常见的肾脏肿瘤。组织学上，可分为经典型、细胞型和混合型3种亚型。除了最常见的ETV6-NTRK3基因融合，新近发现大部分经典型和混合型具有表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）基因内部串联重复，少部分的细胞型和混合型具有涉及NTRK1、NTRK3或BRAF基因重组和BRAF基因内部缺失。本文对其临床病理特点及分子病理进展等方面进行综述。.
