Abstract

淀粉样变性是致病蛋白异常沉积所导致的异质性疾病，病理学检测是定性与沉积蛋白精准分型诊断的关键。组织原位特异性染色联合质谱检测技术是近年来淀粉样变性的新型检测技术，可有效提高检测的准确性和微小活检组织及淀粉样变性早期的检测敏感性，弥补传统技术的缺陷，实现“金标准”检测。现就淀粉样变性组织学检测的传统技术以及本项技术的应用价值进行综述。.
