The Spanish National Network on Mycotoxins and Toxigenic Fungi and their Decontamination Processes (MICOFOOD) held its V Workshop on 10-11 December 2020. The venue was the University of Valencia, although, due to the pandemic situation, most of the participants followed the event online.
