[Changes of biochemical parameters in blood serum rats under chronic light desynchronosis]

Abstract

Ten biochemical parameters total protein, albumin, glucose, cholesterol, urea, creatinine, total bilirubin, ALT, AST, APh were determined during long-term light mode changes in serum of rats. Changing the light mode, a number of parameters revealed unreliable 24-hour rhythms. An ultradian 12-hour reliable rhythm has been for serum total protein of rats exposed to constant darkness during 1 month. The light-modified model can be used to study the effects of the chemical factor in combination with the physical factor of the external environment, as well as in preclinical toxicity tests of medicinal substances in different light modes.

V syvorotke krovi krys, nakhodivshikhsia v sostoianii khronicheskogo svetovogo desinkhronoza, opredeliali znacheniia 10 biokhimicheskikh pokazateleĭ: obshchiĭ belok, al'bumin, gliukoza, kholesterin, mochevina, kreatinin, obshchiĭ bilirubin, aktivnost' fermentov (alaninaminotransferazy, aspartataminotransferazy i shchelochnoĭ fosfatazy). Pri izmenenii svetovogo rezhima vyiavili nedostovernye 24-chasovye ritmy riada pokazateleĭ. Vyiavlen 12-chasovoĭ ul'tradiannyĭ ritm u pokazatelia obshchiĭ belok syvorotki krovi v rezhime “postoiannaia temnota”. Metodom kosinor-analiza provedena otsenka dostovernosti izmeneniia biologicheskikh ritmov pri izmenennom svetovom rezhime. Model' s izmenennym svetovym rezhimom mozhet byt' ispol'zovana dlia izucheniia vozdeĭstviia khimicheskogo faktora v sochetanii s fizicheskim faktorom, a takzhe v doklinicheskikh ispytaniiakh toksichnosti lekarstvennykh substantsiĭ pri raznykh svetovykh rezhimakh.
