Abstract

隐静脉移植血管动脉瘤（SVGA）是冠状动脉旁路移植术的罕见并发症，是一种特殊的冠状动脉瘤。该文报道了1例超声心动图误诊为右心房血栓、最终通过冠状动脉CT血管成像（CTA）确诊的SVGA患者。冠状动脉CTA在诊断SVGA中较冠状动脉造影能够更为准确地评估瘤体的大小、形态及血管腔内附壁血栓状况，具有较高的临床价值。.
