Abstract

青少年EB病毒阳性弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（EBV(+)DLBCL）且以打鼾为首发症状者罕见，其临床表现及病理形态复杂多样，诊断困难，易引起临床误诊。本文报道以睡眠打鼾为首发症状的青少年EBV(+)DLBCL 1例，并分析其诊疗过程，以期为临床诊治此类疾病提供参考。.
