Objective: To investigate the effect of Straumann implant on crown appearance in the immediate implant restoration of maxillary anterior teeth.
Methods: This study was conducted among 86 patients undergoing immediate implant restoration of maxillary anterior teeth between January and December, 2018. We randomized the patients into control group for treatment with immediate implant restoration and study group receiving additional Straumann implant. The effects of restoration, bone absorption at 6 months, implant length, implant diameter, root protrusion, gingival color, far and middle gingival papilla, lip side gingival height, near and middle gingival papilla, and lip side gingival curve were compared between the two groups.
Results: The repair effect in the study group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The implant length and implant diameter were significantly greater in the study group than in the control group. The root protrusion, gingival color, far and middle gingival papilla, lip side gingival height, near and middle gingival papilla, and lip side gingival curve were all better in the study group. The height of marginal bone in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusions: Straumann implant can be used in immediate implant restoration of maxillary anterior teeth to achieve a better aesthetic effect.
目的: 探讨上颌前牙区即刻种植修复中Straumann种植体对牙冠美观状况的影响。
方法: 选取2018年1~12月我院收治的上颌前牙区即刻种植修复患者86例，应用数字表法将其随机分为两组，对照组进行即刻种植修复，研究组在对照组的条件上联合Straumann种植体修复。比较两组患者修复效果、6月骨吸收水平、种植体长度、种植体直径、根部突度与牙龈色质、远中龈乳头、唇侧牙龈高度、近中龈乳头、唇侧牙龈曲线等美观状况、边缘骨高度变化。
结果: 研究组效果高于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组6月骨吸收水平小于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组种植体长度、种植体直径大于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组根部突度与牙龈色质、远中龈乳头、唇侧牙龈高度、近中龈乳头、唇侧牙龈曲线等美观评分高于对照组(P < 0.05);研究组边缘骨高度大于对照组(P < 0.05)。
结论: 在上颌前牙区即刻种植修复过程中，应用Straumann种植体，其美观效果显著，值得应用。
