Abstract

前列腺癌是男性最常见的泌尿生殖系统肿瘤之一，且初诊时多数已处于中晚期。雄激素剥夺疗法（ADT）是治疗晚期前列腺癌的一线疗法。虽然ADT能显著延长患者的生存时间，但治疗后出现的代谢症状、心血管疾病、骨质疏松和认知能力下降等严重并发症，极大地降低了患者的生活质量甚至引起死亡。本文介绍了ADT危害的发生机制，提出实施早期防治或联合中医中药疗法的策略，具有广阔的研究前景。.
