Abstract

创伤性脑损伤是导致儿童死亡和残疾的重要原因。2019年3月Pediatr Crit Care Med发表了"儿童严重创伤性脑损伤治疗指南第三版" ，该指南从严重创伤性脑损伤患儿的监测、颅内压与脑灌注压治疗阈值、治疗等3方面做出了相关推荐和建议。本文就该指南进行简单解读，以期对临床治疗儿童严重创伤性脑损伤提供相关帮助。.
