Abstract

传统观念认为引导性组织再生术的适应证仅为局限狭窄的骨下袋缺损或下颌磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变，但是这部分病变类型在牙周病变类型中占比很小。本文报道1例下前牙连续水平骨吸收的重度牙周炎病例，通过下前牙牙周植骨术取得一定疗效，提示更多的病变类型可以通过牙周再生手术改善预后。.
