[Elderly employees, abuse in the workplace]

Abstract

How is old age envisaged in today's workplace? In this environment, age leaves people open to discrimination. While in certain countries the abuse lies in having to continue working to survive, in our society ageing appears to be a potentially abusive managerial lever.
