Rationally designed organelle-specific thermally activated delayed fluorescence small molecule organic probes for time-resolved biological applications

Chem Commun (Camb). 2019 May 9;55(39):5639-5642. doi: 10.1039/c9cc00898e.

Abstract

Two organelle-specific small molecule organic thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) probes were developed, which exhibited the longest average fluorescence lifetime in time-resolved fluorescence imaging studies of cells among so far reported TADF probes.
