We analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 360 patients for complicated defects of the abdominal wall, which carried out alloplastic for the period 2005—2015. In 332 (92.2%) patients were diagnosed comorbidities that require combined surgical treatment, in 16.4% of them — the intra—abdominal. Deformation of the abdominal wall, which required surgical correction, detected in 274 (76.1%) patients. Using differentiated approach allowed not only to firmly close a variety of localization and size of defects, at the same time eliminate the associated diseases that require surgical treatment, avoiding reoperations and associated complications, emotional and financial burden.
