Magnitude and scope of non-communicable disease-related disability: a systematic review protocol

Abstract

The objective of the review will be to identify, assess and synthesize the evidence that examines the magnitude and scope of disability including impairments, activity limitations and participation restrictions associated with four main non-communicable diseases (NCDs): cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), cancers, diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases.To systematically examine the magnitude of disability associated with CVDs, cancers, diabetes and chronic lung diseases, the questions that this review will specifically address are:To systematically examine the scope of disability associated with CVDs, cancers, diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases, the questions that this review will address are.
