The article investigates the experience of practical implementation of expert assessment method for the evaluation of life quality of preschool children with different disabilities. The trial is carried out in four stages and two anonymous surveys. Based on the evaluation the most important eight problems are selected by experts. Seven problems related to social assistance of children with chronic disabilities and one problem related to availability of occupational therapy. It is recommended to use the results of expert evaluation in integrated development and establishment of standards of medical and social rehabilitation of patients.
