Peptide directed transmembrane transport and nuclear localization of Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes in mammalian cells

Chem Commun (Camb). 2013 Apr 4;49(26):2658-60. doi: 10.1039/c3cc40453f.

Abstract

The targeted delivery of luminescent Ru(II) polypyridyl complexes to the nucleus of live mammalian cells by a Nuclear Localisation Signal (NLS) peptide; NF-κB is demonstrated.
