Abstract

This article refers to the felt sense of therapeutic mistakes, it does not focus on clear legal mistakes. Theoretical and general aspects of the scientific field of failure research are described. Furthermore, the authors present a model for the classification of different types of mistakes and illustrate how therapeutic mistakes/failure can be used creatively in supervision. Finally, various possibilities of finding a good way to deal with mistakes in therapeutic work with children and adolescents are discussed.
