In the title complex, [Ni(C(7)H(3)NO(4))(C(7)H(6)N(2))(3)], the Ni(II) ion is coordinated by two carboxyl-ate O atoms and the N atom from a pyridine-2,6-dicarboxyl-ate ligand and by three N atoms from three benzimidazole ligands to form a slightly distorted octa-hedral geometry. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional network.
