Elective single-embryo transfer

Abstract

As in vitro fertilization implantation rates have improved, the practice of transfering multiple embryos must be evaluated. The purpose of this document is to reassess the literature on elective single-embryo transfer, to provide guidance for patient selection, and to discuss barriers to utilization.
