Introduction: Spigelian hernia is an uncommon abdominal wall hernia occurring through the linea semilunaris located near the lateral border of the rectus abdominis muscle.
Case report: We report an extremely rare case of incarcerated Meckel's diverticulum within a spigelian hernia diagnosed by multidetector computed tomography.
