High-pressure real-time (129)Xe NMR: monitoring of surfactant conformation during the self-assembly of reverse micelles in supercritical carbon dioxide

Chem Commun (Camb). 2010 Apr 28;46(16):2850-2. doi: 10.1039/b927029a. Epub 2010 Mar 4.

Abstract

High-pressure (129)Xe NMR has been used to monitor in real time the self-assembly of reverse water-in-supercritical carbon dioxide micelles in the absence of shear, without the need for sensitivity enhancement techniques such as hyperpolarization.
