Meta-analyses on the prevention and treatment of respiratory tract infections

Abstract

The authors have endeavored to provide an overview of meta-analyses on the prevention and treatment of RTIs. Meta-analyses are useful tools to address clinically relevant questions; however, their inherent limitations should be taken into consideration when interpreting their findings.
