Endoscopic clipping of duodenal stump leakage after Billroth II gastrectomy in gastric cancer patient

Abstract

Various gastrointestinal anastomotic breakdown has been reported to be closed by endoscopic clipping. However, no report has been issued on the control of duodenal stump leakage after Billroth II gastrectomy by endoscopic clipping. The authors describe successful endoscopic clipping in a case of duodenal stump leakage.
