At investigation of 30 patients with peptic ulcer complicated by gastrointesinal bleeding and 16 injured persons with trauma, covering with blood loss, the disseminated intravascular blood coagulation syndrome revealed in 20 and 37.5% of them accordingly. At both groups revealed the proinflammatory cytokines and tumours necrosis factor-alpha level increased, especially expressed at patients with disseminated intravascular blood coagulation syndrome and trauma with blood loss.
