Very late stent thrombosis: simultaneous two-arterial occlusions

Abstract

We describe a patient with an unusual case of very late dual Cypher stent thrombosis that caused massive acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock, which were treated using emergent resuscitation and angioplasty.
