Results of different techniques of early plastic closure of wound defects at 457 patients with inflammatory and posttraumatic purulent and necrotic processes of fingers and hand are analyzed. Overall 12 methods of plastic closure including combination of them were performed depending on localization, size and condition of wound. Good esthetic and functional short-term results were achieved at 434 (94.9%) patients, long-term results - at 441 (96.5%). The complications were seen at 23 (5%) cases.
