Food anaphylaxis

Abstract

The author reviews some aspects of the worldwide problem of anaphylaxis to foods, regarding its prevalence clinical manifestations and present classification as well as the preventive and therapeutic measures that are presently available. Some of the future therapeutic perspectives are also discussed.
